P08/W0413 11 Willow Close. Single storey rear extension. The council supported this application. Update July 7 Planning permission granted
P08/W0391 14 Combewell. Erection of conservatory. The council supported this application. Planning permission was granted 21 May 2008.
P08/W0266 20 Poplar Close Conversion of garage replacing door with window. The council supported this application. Update July 7 Planning permission granted
P08/W0464/LB 73 Southend Listed Building consent for extension to this thatched cottage Update July 7 Listed Building consent refused 'The proposed development would diminish the special historical and architectural importance of the listed building and would not be in keeping with its character by reason of its design, size and form contrary to policies CON2, CON3 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, and the guidance set out in PPG15. '
P08/W0425 73 Southend extension to side of this cottage. After hearing that the conservation officer was supportive of this application, the council supported it also. Update July 7 Having felt the planners supported this application, the parish council were surprised to find that after all the planners refused permission.
