Two planning applications were considered this month.
P08/W0119 100 Southend extension and upper storey. Two residents attended the council meeting to voice their objections as the proposed extension is between their houses. The proposed extension is very large and council opposed the application as it would be depriving the neighbours of privacy and light. This application was refused May 7 2008.
P08/W0124 3 Poplar Close, 2 storey side extension. There were no objections to this planning application. Planning permission was granted 1st April.
